
Public Relation Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary liaison between patients, attendants, and hospital administration.
- Manage patient grievance redressal, ensuring effective and timely resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relations with patients, visitors, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with local, healthcare bodies, and community organizations to enhance hospital reputation.
- Support hospital events, health camps, and awareness programs.
- Monitor patient satisfaction levels and prepare reports for management review.
- Ensure smooth communication flow between departments for improved patient experience.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Hospital Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospital PR, healthcare communication, or patient relations.
- Strong communication skills in **English and Hindi**.
- Excellent problem-solving, empathy, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
