Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Media Relations**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with local, national, and international media outlets.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communications materials.
- Arrange interviews and press conferences for company executives.
- Monitor media coverage and report on PR activities and outcomes.
- **Brand Management**:

- Enhance the company's public image through effective PR campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communications channels.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align PR activities with overall company objectives.
- **Content Creation**:

- Develop and oversee content for press releases, newsletters, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Write speeches, presentations, and other public communication materials for senior management.
- **Event Planning and Management**:

- Organize and manage events such as property launches, media briefings, and industry conferences.
- Coordinate with event vendors, venues, and attendees to ensure smooth execution of public-facing events.
- **Crisis Management**:

- Respond promptly and professionally to media inquiries during times of crisis.
- Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to safeguard the company’s reputation.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Promote corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities and community engagement initiatives.
- Represent the company at public events and network with key stakeholders.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Oversee the company’s social media presence and engage with the community.
- Create and implement social media strategies that promote real estate listings, news, and events.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Develop positive relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Address public inquiries or complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Research and Analysis**:

- Monitor industry trends, competitor PR activities, and public sentiment toward the company.
- Prepare reports on PR campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in public relations, preferably within real estate or similar industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong media relations and networking abilities.
- Experience in organizing events and managing crises.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital PR strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
