**Position Overview**: The Public Relations Officer will be responsible for managing and enhancing the hospital’s public image, promoting our services, and maintaining positive relationships with the community and media. This role will involve developing communication strategies, coordinating events, and overseeing public outreach initiatives. Main work would be coordinating with govt authorities, insurance companies, CGHS schemes, to ensure proper lesioning, etc.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement PR strategies to promote hospital services and initiatives.
- Write and distribute press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and interviews.
- Organize community outreach programs and hospital events.
- Monitor media coverage and manage the hospital’s social media presence.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely information dissemination.
- Manage crisis communication and develop response strategies as needed.
- Analyze PR metrics and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations or communications, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in social media management and digital marketing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in crisis communication is a plus.
