- **Communication & Liaison**:

- Serving as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Managing patient relations and striving for patient satisfaction.
- Developing and implementing communication plans to promote hospital services, events, and achievements.
- Liaising with hospital administration, clinical teams, and marketing to ensure effective communication and patient engagement.
- **Event Management & Outreach**:

- Organizing and coordinating hospital events, health camps, and community outreach programs.
- Facilitating CSR activities and community engagement initiatives.
- **Content Creation & Dissemination**:

- Creating and distributing various communication materials, including press releases, website content, and social media updates.
- Ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation across all communication channels.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with media representatives, community leaders, and other key stakeholders.
- Building and maintaining relationships with external agencies, like universities, clubs, and civil administration.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Preparing and presenting reports on public relations activities, including feedback, inquiries, and media coverage.
- Staying updated on healthcare trends, competitor activities, and community needs to recommend effective outreach strategies.
