As a **Public Relations Officer (PRO),** your role will involve maintaining strong client

relationships, supporting business growth, and ensuring service quality. The key

responsibilities include:

- Maintaining relationships with clients by offering support, information, and

guidance.
- Researching new business opportunities and suggesting profit/service

improvements.
- Identifying product improvements or new offerings by staying updated on market

trends and competitors.
- Preparing detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Enforcing organizational standards to maintain high-quality service.
- Enhancing professional knowledge by attending factory workshops and reviewing

industry publications.
- Contributing to the team by achieving related goals.
- Meeting admin staff bi-monthly to explore new business opportunities with

existing clients and generating new leads for the business development team.
- Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of stock in all tuck shops during bi
- monthly visits.
- Collecting feedback from sales staff throughout the month.
- Addressing urgent product shortages in retail counters.
- Collecting testimonials from senior management about the company.
- Must own a vehicle for commuting.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong Client Relationship Management skills.
- Excellent Presentation and Negotiation Skills.
- Emphasis on delivering high-quality results.
- High Energy Level and Creativity.
- Proficient in Sales Planning, Prospecting, and achieving Sales Goals.
- Self-Motivated with a goal-driven approach.

**Experience**:
**Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.**

**Females preferred.**

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
