**Salary**: 25,000 INR CTC per month

**Incentives**: Fixed incentive of 6,000 INR

**Responsibilities**:
Drive e-commerce sales through effective communication and customer engagement.

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to promote products and services, addressing customer queries and concerns.

Collaborate with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals set by the management.

Maintain a strong understanding of company products, policies, and industry trends.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive buying experience for customers.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in e-commerce sales, preferably in a similar role.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport and close sales effectively.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

Self-motivated and driven to succeed.

Flexibility to work fixed day shifts and onsite in Kolkata.
