**Key Responsibilities**

**Vision & Strategy**- Assess and define the best technology stack and architecture for the current and future digital roadmap of the IT Sustainability domain-
- Align with Product Owners for the design and implementation of software solutions, ensuring delivery of project goals and objectives.-
- Ensure a seamless fit between product architectures and the broader domain and Enterprise architecture, enhancing synergy and strategic coherence.-
- Collaborate with Data, Architecture, other IT domains & AI teams to align sustainability domain with the new data, architecture & AI transformation-
- Provide technical leadership & guidance to the development team adhering to the best practices and coding standards-
- Designing and architecting scalable, maintainable and efficient software systems.-
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and packaged solutions, industry trends and software development methodologies.
**Roadmap Leadership & Execution**- Prioritize and manage the technical roadmap of the sustainability domain, focusing on business value and stakeholder experience.-
- Steer the governance of product architectures, maintaining high standards of coherence and integrity across the lifecycle-
- Serve as the primary point of contact regarding technical expertise, best practices and solution design for the entire IT Sustainability domain.-
- Liaison with Product Owners, domain architects for continuous improvement and innovation within the domain and team.-
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensure successful product releases and be hands-on in Proof of Concept and Framework Development.**Operational Excellence & Maintenance**- Analyse project requirements, feasibility and develop technical diagrams-
- Conduct technical reviews of third-party tools, frameworks and technologies.-
- Design software systems, considering scalability, performance and security needs.-
- Troubleshooting, resolving technical issues and addressing challenges in project implementation. Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.**_
Education and experience_**_*_**Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.- 7+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or a similar role managing developers in IT- Strong technical expertise in software development, including proficiency in programming languages, frameworks and technologies relevant to the project.- Expertise in Microsoft Azure Platforms and data management solutions- Understanding of Google Cloud Platform Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and IT project delivery.
