**The Opportunity**:
Kent is looking for a **Proposal, Coordinator **to be based in Mumbai.

**Skills and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a log of all distributed communications for tracking and reference
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and other data records critical to the proposal process. Keep detailed logs of all proposal activities, including submissions, follow-ups, and outcomes
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of all data records, including client information, proposal statuses, and submission deadlines
- Assist in creating and maintaining a centralized proposal database. Ensure the database includes all relevant write-ups, templates, and past proposal documents for easy reference
- Organize and categorize database entries for efficient retrieval.
- Monitor and remind team members of upcoming deadlines and timelines.
- Assist in the coordination and preparation of proposal submissions, ensuring all required documentation is complete and submitted on time.

In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization, ensuring that operational requirements can be met efficiently. All such tasks will be assigned considering the employee's current workload and with respect to their professional development.

**Knowledge/ Qualification/ Training/ Certification**:

- Graduate degree
- Admin role experience (3-4 years)

**Communication**:

- Excellent command of the English language in both oral and written communication and skills.
