We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Proposal & Agreement Coordinator** to join our team. This role is pivotal in drafting and reviewing service contracts and client agreements, as well as maintaining meticulous records of all related documents before services commence. The coordinator ensures seamless communication and precise documentation, setting a strong foundation for successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Draft Proposals**: Develop comprehensive proposals detailing project scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing.
- **Prepare and Review Agreements**: Draft, review, and finalize service contracts and client agreements, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with company standards.
- **Record Management**: Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of all proposals and agreements, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- **Client Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact during the proposal and agreement phases, fostering clear and effective communication.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on terms, deliverables, and other critical aspects of agreements.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in proposal writing, contract management, or similar roles.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- **Certifications (preferred)**: Certifications in Contract Management, Proposal Writing, or Project Management are advantageous.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
