**Job Overview**:
As a Social Media Fresher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and community management. This is an entry-level position, ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about social media and looking to start their career in this field.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company's marketing and communication objectives.
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including copywriting, graphics, and videos.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Use social media analytics to measure and report on the performance of social media campaigns and adjust the strategies accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media and suggest new ideas and strategies to enhance the company's social media presence.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure the alignment of social media activities with the overall business strategy.
- Provide support for social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creation, and budget management.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- Internships in social media/marketing will be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, including excellent writing and editing skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Experience in creating and managing social media content and campaigns.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
