**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:Develop creative and engaging content for Nyka's social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.

**Community Management**:Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
Foster positive interactions with Nyka's audience, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

**Social Media Strategy**:Work closely with the Social Media Manager to develop and implement social media strategies aligned with Nyka's overall marketing objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to recommend innovative strategies.

**Campaign Execution**:Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify Nyka's reach and engagement.

**Analytics and Reporting**:Monitor social media analytics to assess the performance of campaigns and content.
Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights, with recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, customer service, and e-commerce, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to Nyka's online presence.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
