**Job Title: Social Media Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with institution goals and objectives.
- Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X and LinkedIn.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence, ensuring a consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using relevant tools to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and implement innovative strategies to increase audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
- Engage with the online community, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitive insights, and potential opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2 years) working in social media marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights for optimizing social media performance.
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated with the latest social media trends and technologies.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Knowledge of basic graphic design, video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.23 - ₹40,000.51 per month
