**Roles and Responsibilities**
- _A social media executive manages all the social media channels of a company. Social media channels include Facebook, youtube, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google+, Website etc. They are responsible for ongoing updates about the brand and service of the company in social media accounts to engage customers._
- _A Social Media Executive manages all social media channels, campaigns to engage customers and customer satisfaction. Their job role includes the creation of contents that drives their brand and engages customers._
- _To analyse the competitive brands, their social media and website and suggest necessary changes_
- _To coordinate with the logistic partners and ensure the timely dispatch of the products_
- _Any problems arising out of the Website, Payment gateway and legal documentations etc., to be sorted out with the right agencies_
- _Nurturing customers who are engaging with the brand online. Create customer WhatsApp groups to encourage engagement. Post regular videos and pictures to the group to increase engagement._
- _Creating Brand Awareness in the social media like facebook, Instagram and website._
- _Handle Off page and on Page of website_
- _Analysing websites and social media pages to make recommendations for improvement and stay on top of other brands._
- _Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights_
- _Should have knowledge on google ads._
- _Suggest design and content ideas for making the creative’s._
- _Coordinate with Management for the creative’s and get them approved._
- _Post the creatives on the Company’s website and social media Facebook and Instagram._
- _Plan the paid marketing campaigns._
- _Strong analytical skills & data-driven thinking._
- _Up to date with the latest trends & best practices in online marketing & measurement._
- _Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset._
- _Manage and coordinate with the agencies handling the logistics and supervise dispatches and returns._

**Preferred**:

- _Female/Male staff below the age of 28._
- _Fluent in English, Kannada, Hindi and other local languages._
- _Graduated having degree in any discipline with a specialisation in digital media related course._
- _Minimum 3 years of experience in any retail/ethnic wear/apparels segment._
- _Freshers also consider with right kind of qualification in social media._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
