**Sales and Marketing Executive - Logistics Company**

Location: Chennai

**Salary**: ₹30,000/month + Performance-based incentives

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Generation & Lead Management:

- Collecting market intelligence and identifying new business opportunities.
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in the logistics sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare and present customized sales proposals to potential clients.
- Close deals and meet sales targets to drive business growth.

**Marketing Strategy & Campaigns**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Organize marketing events, exhibitions, and client engagement activities.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

**Reporting**:

- Provide regular sales and marketing performance reports to management.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, offering ongoing support and services.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure long-term business relationships.
- Address customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in both sales and marketing, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to close sales, meet targets, and drive revenue growth.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to track, analyze, and report on sales and marketing performance.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the logistics or transportation sector is highly desirable.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Salary: ₹30,000/- per month
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives will be provided based on individual and company performance.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
