We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Telemarketing Caller. As a Telemarketing Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generate leads, and facilitate sales. Your primary goal will be to engage prospects, build rapport, and convince them of the value proposition of our offerings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided contact list.
- Introduce our products/services to potential customers and explain their features and benefits.
- Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and address any concerns or objections.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings and overcome objections to close sales or generate leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and leads in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services.
- Continuously stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer sentiments, market insights, and potential areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Persuasive and confident demeanor with the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a bonus.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹28,506.30 per month

Schedule:
