**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**:

- Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Introduce products or services to potential customers and establish a rapport.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and qualify sales leads.
- Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Track and report on call outcomes and leads generated.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team with follow-up calls and appointment setting.
- Provide feedback to the sales team on customer preferences and market trends.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Experience using CRM software is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Strong work ethic and a goal-oriented approach.

**Work Environment**:

- Office setting with standard business hours.
- Some remote work may be possible depending on company policies.
