We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our telemarketing team as Telemarketing Callers. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our Time & Attendance Solutions and Production ERP Software, generate leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided scripts.
- Introduce our company and offerings to potential clients.
- Identify the needs of customers and provide information about our products/services.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for our sales representatives.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- High level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
