Organization is Leading Real Estate Industry Located at Kasindra, Sarkhej - Dholka Road, Ahmedabad.

**Required Education: Any Graduate with min 3 to 5 Years Experience in Tele Caller Profile in Real Estate Industry.**
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
- Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on customers' needs and requirements.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Tele Caller in Real Estate Industry: 4 years (preferred)
- Tele sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Telemarketing: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
