**Role**
- The CMS Implementation Team plays a key role in making client mandates live. They act as the bridge between sales team and the client, understanding client requirements in detail. Detailed scoping, solutioning, making a project plan with intense focus on quick go live._
- CMS Implementation Team plays a key role in faster realization of revenues. Given that this is the team with whom client onboards with the Bank, it is instrumental in leaving a lasting impression of Axis Bank. A very good implementation experience for the client is also an enabler of additional business opportunities from the client._

- _Working Knowledge of CMS Products_
- _Understanding Client needs in detail _
- _Detailing Client Requirements and agreeing to an approach document with client_
- _Making a project plan and consenting to a go live date._
- _Ability to understand technical specification documents_
- _Ability to write Business Requirement Documents_
- _Liason with product and technology teams to meet client requirements_

- Manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

- Optimal qualification for success on the job is:_
- _Post Graduation Degree preferred_
- _Experience (2-3 years CMS experience)_
