What You'll Be Doing

Technical Expertise & Strategy

• Define and enforce
  coding standards
  , best practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Lead the
  technical deployment and integration
  of Java-based software solutions.
• Act as the
  primary technical expert
  during implementation, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Optimize
  system performance, scalability, and reliability
  during and post-deployment.
• Develop and maintain tools and processes that improve implementation efficiency.

Hands-On Development & Oversight

• Participate in development activities, assisting with complex coding tasks when needed.
• Oversee the full
  software development lifecycle
  — from requirements to maintenance.
• Manage technical challenges and ensure
  high-quality, timely delivery
  of projects.

Team Development & Mentorship

• Mentor and guide software engineers, fostering their
  technical and career growth

• Lead design sessions and
  code reviews
  to maintain quality and consistency.
• Encourage collaboration, innovation, and
  open communication
  within the team.

Process & Performance Optimization

• Implement efficient
  CI/CD pipelines
  and deployment workflows.
• Monitor development performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Promote
  Agile methodologies
  (Scrum/Kanban) to enhance team efficiency.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with
  emerging technologies and trends
  to strengthen team capabilities.
• Lead initiatives to improve
  software architecture, scalability, and efficiency

• Drive the team's
  technical roadmap
  , aligning with the company's long-term vision.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with
  QA, Project Management, and Client Success
  teams to align on goals.
• Communicate progress and challenges clearly to stakeholders.
• Maintain professional, effective communication with both internal and external customers.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in
  Computer Science
  or related field.
• 5–7 years
  of experience leading multi-disciplinary technical teams.
• Proven expertise in
  Java and full stack development
  .
• Strong writing and documentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to
  mentor engineers
  and drive team performance.
• Excellent
  analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  .
• Highly organized, disciplined, and results-oriented.
