**Job Role - Telecaller (Freshers)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Initiate and manage high volumes of outbound calls to potential clients, ensuring that the targets are being met on a daily basis.
- Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and guide them through the sales process to achieve company targets.
- Be well-versed with the company’s CRM software products and services to explain features and benefits effectively to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with relevant information and addressing their concerns to improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and clients in the CRM system, ensuring all communication is documented and up-to-date.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets as set by the management.
- Conduct follow-up calls to prospective clients, providing necessary information or addressing queries that may help close the deal.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the industry to improve telecalling techniques and enhance lead conversion.
- Approach every interaction with confidence and a positive attitude, helping to establish trust and effectively engage with customers.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a genuine interest in interacting with customers and driving sales through calls.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills, with fluency in both **English **and **Hindi**.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet daily call targets.
- **Must have a laptop**:

- Willingness to collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimise lead conversion.

**Freshers are preferred**

Location: Kumaraswamy Layout, Bangalore

Timings: 9:15am to 6:15pm

Monday to Friday: Work from Office

Saturdays WFH

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
