Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our HVAC products, services, and solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor offerings.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to understand clients' HVAC needs.
- **Sales Presentations**:

- Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, emphasizing the features and benefits of our HVAC products and services.
- Tailor solutions to meet the specific requirements of each client.
- **Quoting and Proposal Development**:

- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance services.
- Develop comprehensive proposals that outline the scope of work, timelines, and costs.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide ongoing support.
- **Technical Consultation**:

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on HVAC system options, energy efficiency, and environmental considerations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate and reliable information is communicated to clients.
- **Collaboration with Operations**:

- Work closely with the operations team to coordinate project execution, scheduling, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate customer requirements and expectations to the operations team.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth, emerging trends, and potential areas for expansion.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer insights.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HVAC sales or a similar technical sales role.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and industry practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client visits.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
