Make cold and warm calls to potential clients to inform them about available properties and services.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective clients and provide them with information about properties and real estate services.
- Identify and qualify leads by understanding client requirements and preferences.
- Maintain and update customer databases with current information.
- Assist the sales team by scheduling appointments and site visits for potential buyers.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call activities and outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on the latest real estate trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,134.06 - ₹21,634.39 per month
