Job Title: Customer Care Executive - Banking Sector

Location: Thane HighStreet

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to banking services.
- Assist customers with account-related inquiries, transactions, and complaint resolution.
- Provide accurate information regarding banking products, services, and policies.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns professionally.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
- Follow company guidelines and compliance standards in all interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Minimum 12th pass (Higher Secondary).
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in customer service or telecalling.
- Basic knowledge of banking operations is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi (preferred).
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
- Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.

- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
