**Location**: Dombivli, Maharashtra

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments and follow-ups.
- Provide information on doctors' availability, services offered, and hospital timings.
- Maintain records of calls and update patient databases as per protocols.
- Follow up with patients for feedback, reminders, and missed appointments.
- Coordinate with reception and OPD staff to ensure smooth communication.
- Escalate any urgent or unresolved issues to the relevant department.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to hospital’s communication protocols.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
- Good listening skills with a polite and patient attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or hospital management systems.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum HSC (12th pass); Graduation preferred.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or hospital/clinic front desk preferred.

**Working Hours**:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Sunday off / rotational if required.

**Salary**:
₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and communication skills)

**To Apply**:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
