We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our institutes. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for contacting prospective students via phone to provide information about our institute’s programs and encourage them to enroll. Your goal will be to increase student enrollment and contribute to the growth of our institute.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential students through outbound calls to introduce them to the institute and its programs.
- Answer incoming inquiries from prospective students and provide accurate information about courses, enrollment other relevant details.
- Explain the benefits of studying at institute, highlighting our strengths and unique selling points.
- Maintain a database of prospective students and keep detailed records of interactions and outcomes.
- Schedule appointments for prospective students to visit the institute or speak with academic advisors.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience of Minimum 1yrs as a Telecaller, preferably in an educational Sector or related field.
- Excellent communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
