IT Technical Support and Administration

**Job overview**

An IT professional who monitors and maintains the computer systems (hardware & software) and networks of an organisation. One who shall actively take up additional responsibilities in Admin areas too.

**Responsibility Deliverable IT & Administration**

1. Provide technical assistance to employees when faced with computer hardware or software issues.

2. Maintaining the server and taking regular backups

3. Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as required

4. Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company

5. Develop and coordinate with vendors for daily office provisions, hygiene and cleanliness.

6. Ensure all items required for daily functioning are available in office

**Tasks & Activities**

1. Manage day to day issues related to all systems in the company

2. Internal cleaning and maintenance of all laptops and systems in the company

3. All systems / laptops are updated relating to Antivirus

4. Installation & Troubleshooting of LAN

5. Co-ordinate with lunch provider on day to day basis

6. Maintain contract employee attendance manually

7. Month end attendance report to be removed from software

8. Coordinate with vendors for daily office requirements stationary /

9. Maintain accurate records of particulars purchased and details of various vendors

**IT Technical Support requirements**
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Previous working experience in IT support for 2+ years

Associate’s Degree in Computer Science

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai - 400093, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
