**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Provide timely, accurate, and courteous responses to customer queries and concerns.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

- Track and follow-up on service metrics to ensure customer expectations are met.
- **Customer Feedback**:
- Gather customer feedback and insights to relay to relevant teams for product or service improvements.
- Assist in surveys or feedback collection initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in customer service or customer relations roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist customers in various situations.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience in a similar industry or with a specific customer segment.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time position.
- May require occasional weekend or after-hours availability.
