**Job Description: Customer Relations Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Provide timely, accurate, and courteous responses to customer queries and concerns.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer complaints or issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, sales, or product teams) to resolve more complex customer concerns.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Offer personalized support and proactive communication to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback, ensuring that concerns are addressed promptly.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services to provide accurate and effective assistance.
- Educate customers on product features, usage, and benefits.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Document customer interactions, feedback, and complaints accurately.
- Generate reports on customer satisfaction and service issues to be reviewed by management.
- Track and follow-up on service metrics to ensure customer expectations are met.
- **Customer Feedback**:

- Gather customer feedback and insights to relay to relevant teams for product or service improvements.
- Assist in surveys or feedback collection initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service or customer relations roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist customers in various situations.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience in a similar industry or with a specific customer segment.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position.
- May require occasional weekend or after-hours availability.
