**Insurance Collection Executive (Male)**

**Location**: Kakkanad, Ernakulam
**Qualification**: SSLC / Plus Two
**Salary**: ₹15,000 per month + Incentive + Overtime

**Job Type**:

- **Field Work**: Responsible for on-site collections from customers.
- **Data Entry & Office Work**: Manage records and handle data entry for the collection process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Field Collection**:

- Visit clients’ locations (homes/offices) to collect outstanding premiums for insurance policies.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Inform customers about payment schedules and resolve payment-related queries.
- Follow up on pending payments, ensuring timely collections.
- Maintain accurate records of each collection made during field visits.
- **Data Entry & Office Work**:

- Enter collected data into the company’s system.
- Ensure that customer records and payment histories are up-to-date and accurate.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collections and customer interactions.
- Assist in organizing and updating databases of customer accounts.
- **Customer Service**:

- Act as a point of contact for customers regarding queries about their payments and insurance policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
- Communicate politely and effectively with clients to encourage timely payment.
- **Compliance & Accuracy**:

- Ensure that all collections are done according to company guidelines and legal requirements.
- Keep all records and reports updated for transparency and accuracy.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with team members to report any challenges or issues in collections.
- Attend training sessions to improve skills and stay updated on company processes.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: SSLC / Plus Two or equivalent.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective communication with customers and colleagues.
- **Basic Computer Knowledge**: Data entry, MS Excel, and office software skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensure accuracy in collecting and entering data.
- **Customer Handling**: Ability to manage customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage field visits and office tasks efficiently.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Salary**: ₹15,000 per month.
