**Microfinance Executive & Collection Executive**
**Location**: Kizhakkambalam, Koothattukulam, Muvattupuzha, Kothamangalam
**Salary**: ₹14,00,000 - ₹16,00,000 per year (negotiable based on experience) + Travel Allowance + Incentive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage loan collections and ensure timely repayment from customers.
- Conduct field visits to meet clients and follow up on loan repayment.
- Provide customers with necessary information about loan products, terms, and repayment processes.
- Ensure proper documentation and updating of client records.
- Assist in the acquisition of new customers and promote financial products.
- Resolve customer queries and issues related to loans and repayments.
- Maintain accurate records of all collections and sales activities.
- Meet monthly targets for collections and sales as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Plus Two/Diploma/Any Degree from a recognized institution.
- Fresher or 0-2 years of experience in collections and sales.
- Valid two-wheeler license is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle field-based work and travel within the assigned locations.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Good knowledge of basic financial products and services (preferred).

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Salary: ₹14,00,000 - ₹16,00,000 per year (based on experience).

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
