**Collection Executive**

We are looking for a motivated **Collection Executive** to join our team in **Kakkanad, Kochi**. As a Collection Executive, you will be responsible for managing outstanding payments and ensuring timely collections. Whether you are a **fresher** or have previous experience, this is a great opportunity to build a career in the finance sector and help our company maintain a healthy cash flow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with clients to resolve payment issues and ensure timely settlement.
- Maintain accurate records of all collections activities and update client accounts accordingly.
- Prepare and send reminders for overdue payments to clients.
- Negotiate payment terms and arrangements with customers as required.
- Handle customer queries and provide solutions to payment-related concerns.
- Assist in maintaining proper documentation of all collection records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless follow-up on overdue accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements during collections.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Freshers are welcome, but prior experience in collections or finance-related roles is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in **English** and **Malayalam**.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer systems.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.

**Education**:

- Any Graduate (preferably in **Commerce**, **Business Administration**, or related fields).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
