Job Description:Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Chemical Industry - Mumbai

Job Responsibility

Technology Strategy & Leadership:

- Develop and execute a robust IT strategy aligned with the company’s manufacturing and business goals.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of emerging technologies.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of SAP and other enterprise systems.
- Drive innovation in IT infrastructure to enhance efficiency, scalability, and security.

IT Infrastructure & Operations Management:

- Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and data centres to ensure high availability.
- Ensure disaster recovery planning, business continuity, and system resilience.
- Optimize ERP and SAP platforms to enhance manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Oversee cloud adoption strategies, IoT, and smart manufacturing solutions.

Cybersecurity & Compliance:

- Implement strong cybersecurity measures to protect company assets, data, and intellectual property.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, IT Act, and other relevant security regulations.
- Lead risk assessments and security audits to safeguard IT operations.
- Develop policies for data privacy, governance, and IT security frameworks.

IT Operations & Support:

- Oversee IT support services to ensure mínimal downtime and high productivity.
- Lead incident management and problem resolution across all IT systems.
- Optimize ITSM (IT Service Management) processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain a strong focus on cost control, budget planning, and IT expenditure management.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

- Manage relationships with technology partners, IT service providers, and hardware/software vendors.
- Negotiate cost-effective contracts while ensuring high-quality services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives.
- Ensure smooth IT procurement and vendor lifecycle management.

Team Development & Leadership:

- Build and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering continuous learning and development.
- Promote an innovative culture, driving technology adoption across the organization.
- Lead change management and training programs to enhance digital literacy.Key Skills:Key Skills:

Target Industry: Manufacturing

Mandatory:

- 15+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Extensive experience in SAP implementation & management (SD, ABAP, FICO, HCM, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and ERP

systems.
- Expertise in digital transformation, Industry 4.0, IoT, and AI-driven automation.
- Proven ability in vendor management, contract negotiations, and budgeting.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (ISO, GDPR, IT Act, NIST, etc.).

Job Location: Marol, Mumbai

Working Days: 5 days

Timings: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per month
