JOB OVERVIEW:
The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients. Key responsibilities include resolving client issues, processing orders, and actively pursuing payment collections. The CRM must regularly follow up with clients to ensure timely payments, often working through resistance to successfully secure dues. Meeting defined call targets, as outlined in their Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs), is essential. Additionally, the CRM will coordinate with the Area Sales Manager (ASM), supporting daily reporting and assisting in upselling and cross-selling efforts. The CRM will also facilitate communication between departments to ensure that client orders are dispatched efficiently and on time. Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills are critical to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining smooth operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Client Servicing: Address and resolve client inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

2. Order Management: Process orders from clients and ensure accurate and timely communication with relevant departments.

3. Payment Collection: Actively follow up with clients to ensure timely payment collection, addressing any payment-related concerns or objections.

4. Call Targets: Meet specified call targets as outlined in Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) to maintain consistent client engagement.

5. Coordination with ASM: Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager (ASM) to track daily reporting, assist in upselling and cross-selling efforts, and support sales strategies.

6. Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order dispatch and delivery,addressing any bottlenecks in the process.

7. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, payments, and order status for reporting purposes. 8. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by maintaining regular communication and addressing concerns promptly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
