
Dispatcher/customer Service Representative

**Job Overview**
**We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher.**
**Must have Excellent communication and negotiation skills.**
**Knowing about Load board DAT truck stops etc. Load Booking.**
This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
**Duties**
- Ensuring the on-time pick up and delivery of loads. related to logistics, shipping, receiving, and fleet management.
- Knowledge about HOS or ELD.
- Manage data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with dispatching teams and drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with logistics terminology and processes such as freight handling and supply chain management is a plus.
- Proficiency in data entry and the ability to analyze information for effective decision-making.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Experience using software tools related to logistics or customer service is advantageous.
