We are looking for a proactive and energetic **Neighbourhood Marketing Executive** to drive community outreach initiatives for our hospital. The role involves planning and executing neighbourhood marketing activities such as health camps, wellness talks, and interactive events in residential societies, clubs, parks, and other local community hubs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organize and conduct **health camps** and **awareness programs** in neighbourhood societies, clubs, parks, and other public venues.
- Coordinate with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), local clubs, and community leaders to schedule events.
- Represent the hospital during community events, ensuring professional conduct and brand representation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (doctors, nursing staff, admin) to ensure proper execution of events.
- Distribute promotional material and educate the public about the hospital’s services and specialties.
- Collect feedback and maintain records of community outreach programs.
- Track and report the effectiveness of neighbourhood marketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience working in a **hospital or healthcare setting**, preferably in a **marketing or outreach role**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and interacting with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare services and hospital operations is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in healthcare marketing or community outreach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
