**ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India**:
ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing, sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. The India planning teams are also embedded with global business units for business planning and analytics.

ExxonMobil’s LNG affiliate in India supporting the upstream business provides consultant services for other ExxonMobil upstream affiliates and conducts LNG market-development activities.

**Whar role you will play in team**:
The role of Buyer to Analyze and process purchase requisitions for spot PO, re-bid, commitment extension and cancellation, generating savings.
Location: Bangalore

**What you will do**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies by performing required functional review & guidance
- Maximize savings through usage of procurement tool such as Price Reasonableness Check and strategic negotiation
- Effective and efficient development of commitments (including planning, executing and controls) for procurement of specifically assigned third party goods or services
- Execute procurement coordination/planning/execution to ensure goods and service are acquired on time in competitive price
- Assists with team operations as needed (KPI calculations, etc.)
- Comply with & promote sound control practices and standards on all procurement processes

**About you**:
**Required Qualification and Skills**
- BE degree - Any, experience in Procure To Pay process, Procurement, Buying, Supply Chain with 3 years relevant experience
- Experience in working SAP as an end user to process PR’s or PO’s
- Strong knowledge of SAP interfaces to create PR/PO, and troubleshoot invoicing issues in P2P process flow.
- Strong communication skills to engage remotely with business lines and suppliers across the globe

**Preferred knowledge, skills & abilities**:

- Market research and ability to identify and suggest alternate suppliers
- Good analytical/presentation skills with ability to consolidate info/ results
- Ability to identify and quickly solve problems
- Mindset to embrace change
- Makes sound decisions considering and managing risks
