Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time chat support to users, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and empathetic support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of support tickets.
- Document user interactions, feedback, and common issues to improve support processes.
- Stay updated on platform features, policies, and best practices to assist users effectively.
**Requirements**:
- **1-3 years of experience**in customer support, preferably in chat support roles.
- Excellent written communication skills in Hindi & **English**.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset.
- Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar).
- Prior experience in **social media/live streaming/gaming platforms**is a plus.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
