**About the Team**

We are looking for **Proposal Coordinator **to join our team. This role will be based at our Atkins office in **Bangalore, IN.**

**How will you contribute to the team?**
- Independently responds to routine requests for information from Project Managers on non-complex or non-strategic bids.
- Responds to requests and works under Proposal Manager instructions on complex, strategic bids.
- Independently creates and populates forms to be included in proposal submissions and assists in obtaining appropriate signatures.
- Takes active role in proposal document production.
- Provide fundamental CRM/BWS queries.
- Pull resumes and project descriptions.
- Works under the guidance of a Proposal or Project Manager to enhance proposal content.
- Under direction of proposal manager, supports the overall pursuit process.
- Lay out and format proposals and other marketing material using the standard template.
- Coordinate and help produce, package, and track the proposal for delivery, ensuring that proposal submission deadlines are always achieved.
- Follow Engineering Services Canada proposal development process and use consistent set of tools.
- Assists in the proposal closeout process.
- May perform such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.

**What will you contribute?**
- Diploma or Degree in relevant field, with minimum 3 years relevant experience including involvement in the proposal process.
- Familiarity with engineering and public sector procurement process is very desirable.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office tools, MS Project and Visio.
- Excellent written and spoken English, ability to correct grammar, spelling, punctuation and narrative flow.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to make and follow detailed checklists and schedules.
- Teamwork and communications abilities to work with many people at all levels to coordinate assignments and assemble necessary documents on a strict client deadline.
