**Role**:
This is a senior individual contributor role. Responsible for a portfolio of accounts: Assigned account engagement, client expectations, value reinforcement, cross-sell, required to be strategic about engagement strategies that lead to relationship building with Client.
Provide Support & assist senior Client Partners, SOW Support and contract negotiations, financial management of accounts, portfolio costs, and profitability.
**Responsibilities**:
Proven track record creating happy customers. Own overall client satisfaction and continuing growth and evolution of clients, accomplished by driving the successful delivery of work product and cultivating strong client relationships.
- Accurately and independently manage and forecast revenue growth to achieve company revenue and margin targets.
- Effectively manage escalations, communicate changes, and troubleshoot problems, assuring that the client and company commitments are kept.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to proactively sell fit-for-purpose solutions and innovation.
- Effectively manage client communication and timely resolution of client escalations.
- Lead client engagement meetings. Ensure internal alignment on content, messaging, and strategy for the meetings in advance.
- Collaborate with implementation delivery teams on scope, contract, and risk management.
- Partner with implementation delivery teams on implementation status reporting.
**Required Skills**:
- Overall 10+ years in a client-facing role.
- Unparalleled client relationship skills and business acumen - you must be able to earn Trusted Advisor status with all clients.
- Strong communication skills as well as a mind toward sales/growth.
- At least 5 years recent experience in growing and managing complex client relationships in an information technology environment.
