**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understand client requirements and explain IT products and services
- Generate and qualify leads; coordinate demos with the technical team
- Maintain CRM data and follow up on warm leads.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, training materials, and industry trends
- Support the Sales team in proposal preparation and documentation

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 0-1 year of experience in Inside Sales or Customer Engagement (IT industry preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English with a neutral or US accent
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to handle calls independently
- Basic understanding of IT products, cloud solutions, or software services (preferred)
- Willingness to learn and grow within the IT sales domain
- Comfortable working night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM IST)
