**Job Title: Field Sales Manager - Ready Mix Concrete**

**Reports to: Sales Director**

**SALARY : 20000 TO 50000 PM**

**MALE CANDIDATE ONLY**

**Job Summary**:
We seek an experienced Field Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and develop new business opportunities in the Ready Mix Concrete industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Field Sales**:

- Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

2. **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs.
- Provide solutions and recommendations to customers.

3. **Sales Performance Monitoring**:

- Track and analyze sales metrics (e.g., sales revenue, volume, and profitability).

4. **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay up-to-date on product offerings, features, and benefits.
- Communicate product information to customers.

5. **Territory Management**:

- Manage and prioritize sales territory to maximize sales potential.

**Requirements**:
1. 1+ years of field sales experience in the Ready Mix Concrete industry or related field.

2. Proven sales performance and customer relationship management skills.

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Industry certifications (e.g., NRMCA, ACI).

2. Experience with CRM software.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
