**Job Title: Marketing Assistant - Rubber Molding**

**Location**: Chennai
**Experience Required**: Minimum 5 years
**Department**: Sales & Marketing / New Product Development (NPD)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams during **New Product Development** (NPD).
- Visit existing and potential customers regularly to understand technical requirements and propose suitable rubber molded solutions.
- Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure timely development and delivery of new products.
- Follow up on ongoing orders, dispatches, and customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and product presentations.
- Track project timelines and maintain NPD documentation.
- Support the marketing team in lead generation, exhibitions, and digital marketing activities as needed.
- Conduct competitor analysis and gather market intelligence.

**Requirements**:

- **5+ years** of marketing or sales coordination experience in a **rubber molding**, plastic, or manufacturing company.
- Strong communication skills in **English and Hindi** (written and spoken).
- Thorough knowledge of **rubber molded components**, tooling, and production processes.
- Hands-on experience in managing **NPD cycles** from customer inquiry to production handover.
- Willingness to **travel frequently** for customer visits and project discussions.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Marketing / Polymer Science.
- Experience in the automotive, electrical, or industrial rubber sector is preferred.
- Familiarity with ISO/IATF documentation is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
