**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in identifying new leads, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and gather insights on industry trends.
- **Digital Marketing**: Manage and create content for our social media platforms, website, and other digital channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**: Maintain and update the CRM system with new leads, customer interactions, and sales progress.
- **Promotional Activities**: Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events to boost brand awareness and sales.
- **Data Analysis**: Track and analyze marketing and sales metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Sales Acumen**: Proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- **Marketing Expertise**: Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media management.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze market data and sales metrics to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- **Team Player**: Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in a small team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with the electric vehicle industry, especially in the L3 category, is a plus.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the automotive or EV industry.
