**Key Responsibilities**:

- As a Chinese Chef, your key responsibilities include crafting and preparing a variety of traditional and modern Chinese dishes with authentic techniques.
- You will manage kitchen operations, oversee food quality, and ensure dishes are presented attractively.
- Key tasks include menu development, inventory management, and sourcing high-quality ingredients.
- You’ll ensure compliance with health and safety standards, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and innovate with new recipes and cooking methods.
- Additionally, you’ll supervise and train kitchen staff, interact with guests for feedback, and manage food costs to ensure profitability while delivering an exceptional dining experience.

**Profile Requirements**:

- Extensive experience of 1-2 years in Chinese cuisine, with a deep understanding of traditional and modern cooking techniques.
- A culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of high-quality food preparation, is essential.
- Excellent leadership and management skills are required to supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations.
- Proficiency in inventory management, food safety standards, and cost control is important.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are also crucial.
