- **Supervising and Training Staff**:
- Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff and apprentices in the assigned section.
- Ensure junior chefs adhere to cleanliness, safety standards, and correct cooking procedures.
- Assist in staff training and development, ensuring they understand the specific requirements for Chinese culinary techniques.
- **Inventory Management**:
