Must Have 1- 3 years experienced as Servicedesk executive, Technician, Zabbix tool, Communication, Remote Support
First-line technical support:
Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
Providing step-by-step guidance to resolve issues.
Escalating complex problems to higher-level IT personnel if needed.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Shift:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
**Experience**:
