As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting Progressix products (LMS, ERP, Smart Studio setups, and EdTech solutions), building strong client relationships, and closing sales. You will play a key role in driving growth and expanding our footprint in the education sector.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Meet school, college, and coaching institute decision-makers to pitch Progressix solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations (online & offline).
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure renewals and upselling.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams for lead generation and proposal development.
- Keep track of market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales activities and performance.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- **0-3 years** of experience in sales (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Comfortable with field visits and client interactions.
- Knowledge of EdTech/software solutions will be an added advantage.
