**Key Responsibilities**:
Sales:
1. Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.

2. Lead Generation: Manage and nurture leads through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.

3. Property Tours: Arrange and conduct property visits for potential buyers or tenants.

4. Negotiation: Assist clients in negotiations and close deals effectively while maintaining professional relationships.

5. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

6. Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

Marketing:
1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote properties and the brand.

2. Digital Marketing: Utilize platforms like social media, Google Ads, and real estate portals to increase visibility.

3. Content Creation: Prepare promotional materials, brochures, presentations, and online content.

4. Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust marketing strategies.

5. Event Management: Organize property exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events.

6. Brand Building: Strengthen the company’s presence and reputation in the market through consistent branding efforts.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Education: 12th’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Experience: 0-1 year of experience in real estate sales or marketing (preferred).

3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and close deals.

5. Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM software.

6. Networking: Strong networking and interpersonal skills.

7. Problem-Solving: Ability to address client concerns and provide tailored solutions.

8. Proactiveness: Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
