Responsibilities:
1. Sales:
Handle the process of selling and buying properties.

Reach out to potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.

Organize site visits and provide detailed information about the project to clients.

2. Marketing:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract buyers and investors.

Create promotional materials, including brochures, social media posts, and online advertisements.

Collaborate with marketing teams to organize events, expos, or open houses.

3. Client Relationship Management:
Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Understand client requirements and provide customized property solutions.

4. Market Research:
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.

Analyze market conditions to identify potential opportunities.

5. Negotiation and Closing:
Assist clients in negotiating property prices and terms.

Ensure smooth documentation and legal compliance during the transaction process.

Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of local real estate markets and regulations.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Qualifications:
12th's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in sales, marketing, or real estate is preferred.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Contract length: 65000 months

Pay: ₹39,727.00 - ₹45,731.00 per month

Expected hours: 21 per week
